Yes, MDBG Chinese Reader supports the latest Firefox versions.

If you're upgrading Firefox, be sure to re-enable the add-on "Loqu8.Capture.Moz"

From the Firefox menu at the top left, choose Add-ons. In the Extensions tab, select Loqu8.Capture.Moz and click Enable. Re-start Firefox.
