Microsoft Input Method Editor (IME) can help you type or handwrite Chinese characters
These instructions apply to Microsoft Windows 7. Other versions of Windows will be similar. From your Windows Control Panel:
1. Choose Change keyboards or other input methods
2. In the Keyboards and Languages tab, click Change keyboards...




After installing the Microsoft IME described above, verify that EN appears near your Windows system tray (bottom right corner) of your screen.
To switch between English and Chinese, click on EN (or CH) and choose the another language
Microsoft IME supports keyboard entry for Pinyin. Click Help for detailed instructions on using this input system.
