I forgot or lost my License Key...

After purchasing a License Key, you will only need to enter your key once. Once it is validated, you should never be prompted for the key again.

If you need to re-install your Chinese Reader software on the same computer,

A. Download the latest Chinese Reader software
B. Re-enter your license key.

If you lost your key, send an email to chinesereader-support@mdbg.net with your email address or PayPal receipt. Be sure to include your full name and the email address(es) you used when purchasing the software.
